What is your turnaround time?

Current production time is 2-5 business days. Total turnaround time may vary from 4-11 business days, depending on shipping option selected.

Most items in our shop are made to order. Our turnaround time may change based on how many orders we get.

• First class shipping usually takes 3-6 business days, while Priority shipping is about 1-3 business days (You have the option of selecting the quicker shipping option at checkout)

• If you need your order to arrive really fast, we do have some items in stock and ready to ship. If you would like to find out more what is available to ship same day, feel free to contact us here.

Do you offer international shipping?

yes! We want to spread the good vibes all around the world, therefore we currently offer International shipping to most countries.

If you live outside of the US, please select the International Shipping option at checkout. Please triple check that your address is entered correctly and in English.

We will cover additional shipping insurance on all orders over $50, at no additional charge to you. Unfortunate International shipping is pricy and the current average cost to ship over seas is around $16 a label. We keep our shipping costs as low as the shipping label allows with no handling fees to keep it reasonable.

International shipping transit time varies greatly on the destination country and it may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive. Please take that into consideration when placing your order, patience is a great quality :)

What is your Exchange & Return policy?

We want you to be (extremely) happy with your order and experience with Hippie Baby Co. If you feel like something you ordered is not working out for you, we are here to make it right!

We accept order cancellations, returns and exchanges. Item need to be in original condition; new with tags, not washed/warned. Unfortunately we can’t offer returns/exchanges on Custom Orders and all SALE items are Final Sale.

• Cancellations: Must be made within 2 hours of placing the order .If your item has shipped, please contact us for an exchange/return.

• Exchanges: Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, but not for the new replacement item shipping cost.

• Returns: Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment after the return is received by Hippie Baby co.
